Small Nation Welcomes Carol Hayward – Strengthening Customer Experience and Storage Operations
Bellefontaine, Ohio — BUILD Cowork + Space and Small Nation are pleased to welcome Carol Hayward to the team, bringing with her a diverse professional background rooted in customer service excellence, real estate, and operational management.
Carol joins BUILD with decades of experience across multiple industries, including real estate sales, office administration, accounting support, and self-storage facility management. A licensed Realtor in the state of Florida, Carol has consistently exceeded $1 million in sales throughout her career, while also earning a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
In her role, Carol will support both BUILD Cowork + Space and the ComStor Self-Storage division, helping manage day-to-day operations while providing exceptional service to members, tenants, and customers. Known for her “get it done” mindset and team-first approach, Carol is excited to take on a role that offers both variety and growth.

Originally from the Springfield/Enon area, Carol recently returned to Ohio with a desire to reconnect with her roots and continue growing professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her Goldendoodle and Maine Coon cat, exploring creative hobbies like candle making and vinyl crafts, attending live music events, and watching movies. A lesser-known fun fact: she has a love for parasailing.
